The friction
Reports lived in a spreadsheet and went out as long PDFs. Clients with several venues had no easy way to compare them, see a trend, or find last month's notes. The work was good. The way it arrived hid that.
What we built
- A brand built on the idea of seeing what guests see, with its own mark, palette and type
- A one page website in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with search landing pages for the services Bali venues look for
- Interactive monthly scorecards: score dial, radar, criterion bars, strengths, fixes, and dish notes
- A private client portal: group leaderboard, venue by category heatmap, score trends and a track record page per venue
- Hosting on Cloudflare, with each client behind their own email login
Why it matters
A report a client explores is a report a client renews. The portal turns a monthly deliverable into a running record of improvement, and makes the next conversation about what to fix, not about where the file went.
The public sample report uses fictional venues. Real client data stays behind the portal login.
